Sour Mango Ice-cream
- 500gr frozen Mango.
- 300ml Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Stevia sugar or white sugar.
- A Blender: Thermomix/ Vitamix/ Bamix/ Magimix
Add sugar to the mixer. If you use white sugar, you should use a blender to grind it first, then mix it for 10 seconds.
Add frozen mangoes. We can buy frozen mangoes from any supermarkets or Costco. If you can’t find it, just buy 2-3 mangoes, cut it into cubes, then put them in the freezer for few hours.
Then, blend the mango around 1 min or 20sec (with the strong blender such as Thermomix/Vitamix/Magimix)
Add sour cream. If you don’t like sour taste, you can use whipping cream. I quite like the result of mango and sour cream. The sour cream balances the taste of the mango ice-cream.
Done! You can eat it now, or put it in the freezer to have it later.
